Shipping
We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier service.
Note: During high-volume periods or unexpected disruptions, delays may occur. We appreciate your patience.
Since all our items are made-to-order and printed specifically for you, we unfortunately do not accept returns or exchanges
for buyer’s remorse (such as ordering the wrong size or changing your mind). Please double-check the size before
placing your order.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we’ll make it right at no cost to you. Please
contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include clear photos and a description of the problem. We’ll arrange
a free replacement if the issue is confirmed.
In rare cases where a package is lost in transit, we’ll work with you to resolve it — just let us know within 30 days of the
estimated delivery date, so we can investigate and resolve it.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned:
You’ll be responsible for the reshipping cost once we confirm a new address.
Unclaimed packages are held for 30 days, after which they will be donated.
Returns & Exchanges Summary:
Misprints / Damage / Defects → We’ll replace it, free of charge.
Lost Orders → We’ll reship or refund.
Wrong Address / Unclaimed Packages → Reshipping costs are your responsibility.
Buyer’s Remorse or Size Exchanges → Not accepted unless at your own expense.
